Afghanistan is not a nation, but is a country

and Bear sleeps for month nonstop

Only Polar Bears sleep for almost six months and not all the bears.

This state is called Hibernation. It does not last for exact 6 months. It can be 3 months or it can be less or more. While hibernation, Polar bears give birth to their off-springs. (More information can be found on documentary called "Valkoinen Planeetta" in Finnish or "White Planet" in English)
