ھنيۃ يتعھد بدفع الرواتب خلال يومين والاحتلال يعتقل جريحا
تعھد رئيس الوزراء الفلسطيني اسماعيل ھنيۃ بدفع رواتب موظفي الحكومۃ خلال اليومين القادمين.
وقال خلال خطبتہ بصلاۃ الجمعہ اليوم ان الذين يتقاضون رواتب تصل الى 1500 شيكل اي نحو 320 دولارا ستصرف رواتبھم غدا او بعد غد، فيما سيحصل من تزيد رواتبھم على ھذا الرقم على دفعۃ اولى تصل الى 320 دولارا بنفس الوقت، على ان تستكمل الحكومۃ دفع بقيۃ رواتبھم في وقت لاحق.

وجاءت تعھدات ھنيۃ، في ظل تزايد الضغوط على الحكومۃالفلسطينيۃ التي عجزت طوال الاشھر الثلاثۃ الماضيۃ عن دفع رواتب الموظفين بسبب الحصار الذي يفرضہ عليہا الغرب واسرائيل.
وقد تظاھر امس آلاف من منتسبي الاجھزۃ الامنيۃ والعسكريۃ امام المجلس التشريعي في غزۃ للمطالبۃ بصرف رواتبھم.
وقام المتظاھرون بتحطيم زجاج المجلس، وطالبوا بضرورۃ استدعاء الحكومۃ لمساءلتھا عن ادائھا حتى الآن.
اشتباكات داخليہ
وعلى صعيد التوتر الداخلي الناجم عن الانقسام في المواقف السياسيہ بين القوى الفلسطينيۃ، توفي امس ضابط بجھاز الامن الوقائي متاثرا بجروح اصيب بھا بعد اطلاق النار عليہ من مجھولين في مدينۃ غزۃ، ولم تتضح بعد ظروف الحادث.
وفي تطور آخر اندلع اشتباك بين عناصر من حركۃ المقاومۃ الاسلاميۃ (حماس) وافراد من جھاز الامن الوقائي في بلدۃ عبسان شرق خان يونس جنوب قطاع غزۃ، اسفر عن جرح ثلاثۃ من اعضاء جھاز الامن الوقائي.
اشكاليۃ الاستفتاء
وفيما يتعلق بالجدل السياسي حول اقتراح باجراء استفتاء على وثيقۃ الاسرى، تمسك رئيس السلطۃ محمود عباس باقتراحہ مؤكدا ان صلاحياتہ تخولہ الدعوۃ لاجراء الاستفتاء دون الحاجۃ لتصديق المجلس التشريعي الذي تھيمن عليہ حماس.
من جانبہ انتقد رئيس المكتب السياسي لحماس خالد مشعل الاستفتاء الذي يريد عباس تنظيمہ، مؤكدا انہ يلغي نتيجہ الانتخابات التي فازت بھا الحركۃ في يناير/كانون الثاني الماضي.
فيما عبر رئيس الحكومۃ اسماعيل ھنيہ عن قناعتہ بان الاستفتاء سيزيد الضغوط على الفلسطينيين من كل الجھات.
وفي تطور غير متوقع اعلنت سرايا القدس الجناح العسكري لحركۃ الجھاد الاسلامي تاييدھا لوثيقۃ الاسرى، والتاكيد على ان تحفظھم الوحيد عليھا يتعلق بالبند المتعلق بالتفاوض مع الاحتلال .
اعتقال جريح
من جھۃ اخرى اعتقلت قوات الاحتلال صباح اليوم جريحا فلسطينيا اثناء غارۃ على مستشفى في مدينۃ نابلس بالضفۃ الغربيۃ.
وقال مصدر طبي بالمستشفى ان جواد الكعيبي يعاني من جروح عميقۃ في معدتۃ بفعل رصاصات اطلقتھا عليہ تل ابيب الشھر الماضي، واضاف انہ اطلع الطبيب العسكري الاسرائيلي الذي رافق قوات الاحتلال على حالۃ الكعيبي الصحيۃ وانہ زودہ بملفہ الطبي قبل ان يتم اعتقالہ.
وكانت قوات الاحتلال دھمت مدينۃ نابلس الليلۃ الماضيۃ حيث سمعت اصوات الرصاص، وعادۃ ما يقتحم جنود الاحتلال المدينۃ خلال الليل لاعتقال من يشتبہ في تورطہ بمقاومۃ الاحتلال.

Palestinian PM Promises to Pay Salaries
The Palestinian prime minister pledged to pay salaries within days to thousands of
government employees who have not received wages since March as a result of an
international funds freeze
Ismail Haniya, in comments to his Hamas-led government, did not disclose the source of the funds. Palestinian banks have so far refused to transfer money to the Palestinian Authority, fearing US sanctions.
"I would like to announce that the ministry of finance will begin to pay a full month's wages to those earning a monthly salary of up to 1,500 shekels (332). The number of those employees is 40,000," Haniya said.
He also promised to pay each of the other 125,000 government workers, who earn higher salaries, an advance of 1,500 shekels.
Ghazi Hamad, the cabinet spokesman, said the money would come from donations and internal revenues. There would be no banking complications, he added without elaborating.
The pledged payments could total nearly 55 million US dollar. The Palestinian Authority's monthly salary bill is 120 million.
Negotiations
International donors have frozen payments to the government, demanding Hamas, which came to power after a January election, recognise Israel, renounce violence and accept previous interim peace deals.
Hamas, whose charter calls for Israel's destruction, has said negotiations with Israel would be pointless.
In the West Bank city of Ram Allah, about 1,200 unpaid civil servants held a protest outside the prime minister's office, demanding their pay.
Haniya made the pledge as the clock ticked down on a 10-day ultimatum from Mahmoud Abbas, the Palestinian president, to soften its line against Israel or face a referendum on peacemaking in July. Abbas's deadline ends this weekend.
Peacemaking

Ehud Olmert, the Israeli prime minister, is expected to meet Abbas in the near future, although few believe there will be much progress on peacemaking.
Olmert has proposed a unilateral plan to remove isolated Jewish settlements in the occupied West Bank, bolster major enclaves and set frontiers if peace talks remain frozen.
Palestinians have condemned Olmert's blueprint as denying them a viable state they seek in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip and accuse Israel of also not carrying out commitments made in previous agreements.[/align:61fe5e3366]
