evening cometh slowly, slowly

The shadows are elongating and evening cometh slowly, slowly
I whisper her name and weep slowly, slowly

There is complete silence except Bulbul
She sings her song to me slowly, slowly

Rain drops fall, one after other on leaves
Flowers too whispers with them slowly, slowly

Wind shakes flame of a candle last time
My eyes shades blood and my heart cries slowly, slowly

Call has cometh for you from HIM, Tafseer
Your work has done here, but slowly, slowly

Groovy!

Dear Mr. Tafseer,

If I was bound to write only one word to comment and express my feelings it'd be Groovy

Your ghazal, containg the classical theme, really wowed and reminded me Goethe. Especially the appurtenance of the refrain (radeef) and enjambment gloriously made it more delicious

I believe this is an era of cross clutural adoptations and so we should do in poetry as many of the poets from different regions did in preceding times; Faiz wrote 'sonnets' in Urdu and Goethe adopted Ghazal in German literature

Keep it up and let us relish it
:)
