Urdu pages in plain HTML
I think that we should do something like a simple guide to write plain HTML Urdu pages. It would help some beginners to understand what they need to do with their blogs to make them Urdu enabled. Like something to explain character encoding and doctype,dir and lang attributes. There are many HTML resources on the web but most of them don’t talk about such things they assume that every one is going to develop a web page in en-US.

Danial: There are quite a few internationalization/localization resources available as well. However, most people don’t know about them. I think we should collect links and if then we feel like it would be good to cover these ourselves instead of pointing to those links, we should do so.

PS. Please assign either “English” or “Urdu” as a category, in addition to other categories, when you write a post as the title and “Posted by” line depend on that.
